Meet our Founder
As the founder of AMG Retreats and owner of Fishers Magazine, Alison has devoted her career to creating spaces where connection and authentic stories can thrive. Her work across the nonprofit sector and local media has always centered on bringing people together and amplifying voices that deserve to be heard.
Over time, she recognized a deeper need among women for meaningful pauses, real conversations, and environments that support personal renewal. AMG Retreats grew from that insight. It is her commitment to offering women guided experiences that create space, clarity, and inspiration for whatever comes next.
