Then her youngest left for college, the house went quiet, and she came face to face with the question she wasn’t prepared for…

Who am I now??

Not a crisis. A crossroads.

She didn’t white-knuckle her way through it or pretend she was fine. She got honest. She did the messy, meaningful work of figuring out what she actually wanted - for her health, her marriage, her sense of self, her joy. She rebuilt from the inside out; her nervous system, her vitality, her identity. She launched the Life By AliG community for women in that exact in-between season while also running a local magazine in her community.
